I created this site to give cigar smokers and whiskey drinkers a place to indulge in the hobby, join a community of like-minded folks, find reviews on things to try, and shop for their favorite accessories.

I’m just a regular guy like you who loves cigars and whiskey. It hasn’t always been that way. See, I grew up in a very strict religious household that forbade drinking or smoking of any kind. After several years of my own independent study and yearning to live a free life, I decided to leave that church and live life on my own terms.

That was hard. Very hard. We’re talking 30+ years of indoctrination and baggage I had to shed. But I did it. And I have never been happier.

Of course, one of the first items of business with my newfound freedom was to partake in those previously “forbidden fruits” like whiskey and cigars.

Once I indulged, I never looked back. I fell in love with this lifestyle and made the decision to share it with as many people as possible to give them the same satisfaction it has given me.

There’s just something about lighting up a good cigar, pouring yourself a wee dram of your favorite scotch or bourbon, and just relaxing. Every time I sit down to have a cigar or whiskey, all's right with the world...at least for a time anyway.

So, with that being said, I want to give you a very warm welcome and say thank you for joining me on this journey!
